This GT350 is located in Minneapolis, MN

Offered here is a stunning 1967 GT350 Shelby clone.  Unlike most of the junky so called "Shelby Clone" cars out there, this one is extremely well done...dare I say over the top.  This car started its transformation as an already desirable rust free California 1968 Mustang fastback.  It still retains the original date coded sheet metal including the quarter panels, doors, roof, rockers, and fenders.  The remainder of the body is finished in Shelby fiberglass, which is expertly fit and finished to the incredible body with perfect alignment and gap spacing.  This is far better than the original GT350s in this regard.  Underneath, the car is as clean as the topside and rust free.  For strength and driving comfort, sub frame connectors have been professionally added.  On the outside you will find ALL the original Shelby equipment including proper 10 spoke wheels, center caps, gas cap, striping, logos, badges, hood pins, lanyards, chrome, fiberglass, scoops (all functional, including brake cooling scoops) and inboard driving lights.  There is positively NO way to tell this car from a real one when examining the exterior.

Stepping into the cockpit, you will find no corners cut whatsoever, and everything is fresh as new.  The interior features 1967 Deluxe door panels, stainless trim and light covers.  The dash is complete with aluminum trim faithful to the original car with upgraded Autometer Phantom gauges.  A Deluxe aluminum trimmed full length console has been added, as well as the matching upper console with functional map lighting.  The pedals feature brightwork that coordinates well with the interior aluminum as well as the brightly polished aluminum spoked wooden wheel, complete with GT350 logo.  A Hurst shifter effortlessly flicks through the 5 gears of the upgraded T-5 transmission.  Of course, there is also a stylish roll bar, and added retractable shoulder belts for safety and comfort.  The rear folding seat is in new condition with bright chrome work.

Under the hood, we are treated to a highly detailed and accurate representation of the real GT350.  There are no unpleasant surprises here and lots of modern upgrades that remain extremely tasteful, without appearing modified or period incorrect.  Classic Auto Air Conditioning is featured, and uses the stock controls inside as well as factory A/C vent locations.  Rack and Pinion power steering is installed as well as other Shelby goodies including a beefier front sway bar, dropped control arms, and all new suspension components.  Updated electronic ignition is hidden beneath the stock components as is the upgraded electric fan.  Power disc brakes at all 4 corners is also a welcome upgrade.
